With its bedroom upstairs and its wooden post over 200 years old, this duplex is appreciated for its cosyness, its balcony with table and chairs and its garden view. 

It is equipped for two people and is air-conditioned.

Beds are made on your arrival and bathroom linen (bath mat, towel, bath sheet) and household linen (kitchen towels) are provided.

Bedroom is on the first floor (a dozen steps) with quality and spacious bedding (160 x 200 cm), a flat screen TV (cable channels) and a desk.

Toilets are in the bathroom, which is not on the same floor as the bedroom, and where you will find a large shower, a towel heater, a washing machine and a hairdryer.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, dishwasher, traditional oven, microwave oven, induction hob, toaster, kettle, traditional filter coffee maker and all the necessary utensils for cooking enthusiasts (board, knives, whisks, etc...). 

Finally, living room includes a table, two chairs, a bench and a wardrobe.
